Police noes Nov. 23, 2009
The Santa Fe Police Department is investigating the following reports:

• Dominic Rotunno, 39, of Santa Fe was arrested Saturday on charges of driving on a revoked license, no insurance and fictitious plates after a traffic stop at Cerrillos Road and Baca Street.

• An air mattress and vehicle registration were stolen Friday from a 2001 Toyota SUV late Friday or early Saturday parked in the 2000 block of Camino Lado.

• Items valued at $4,000 were stolen Saturday from a 2009 Mazda parked outside the Cottonwood Court Hotel, 1742 Cerrillos Road.

• A stolen credit card was reported to police Saturday. The victim said two unauthorized charges were made on the card at Best Buy and another at a gasoline service station.

• A CD/DVD player was stolen Saturday from a 2003 Mazda parked in the Royal Cinema lot at 3474 Zafarano Drive.

• A resident in the 200 block of Tesuque Drive reported Saturday that he was threatened with a tire iron by a man in a white Ford Explorer who blocked his driveway. The assailant fled when confronted.

• DVD movies and a 7 1/2 ounce bag of Lays potato chips (wavy ranch style) were stolen Saturday from a residence in the 2700 block of Calle de Oriente. Entry was made through an unlocked kitchen window.

• A laptop computer was stolen Saturday from a 2008 Chevy Silverado parked in the 4000 block of Airport Road. A cinder block was used to break the back window of the vehicle.

The Santa Fe County Sheriff's Department is investigating the following reports:

• Several undisclosed items were stolen between noon and 1 p.m. Sunday from a vehicle parked on Agua Fría Street. The victim was in church at the time.

DWI arrests

• Monique R. Maes, no age given, of Santa Fe was arrested on DWI charges early Saturday after a one-vehicle crash on St. Francis Drive.

• Hugo Mendoza-Terrazas, 20, no address given, was arrested on suspicion of DWI after a deputy observed fresh damage to his vehicle with a tree branch attached to it.
