The Santa Fe Police Department is investigating the following reports:
• Officers arrested Angel Padilla, 33, of Rio Rancho on Saturday and charged her with criminal sexual penetration, battery on a household member and interference with communications.
• Appliances and interior fixtures valued at $100,000 were stolen between Nov. 12 and Monday from a building in the 3300 block of Cerrillos Road.
• Approximately $1,500 in deposits were stolen Wednesday from a safe at Arby's, 3261 Cerrillos Road.
• A cell phone and $200 in cash were stolen Wednesday from a residence in the 1100 block of West Alameda Street.
• Officers arrested Toby Jaramillo, 43, of 28978 U.S. 285, on Wednesday and charged him with driving with a suspended or revoked license, no registration and no insurance.
The Santa Fe County Sheriff's Department is investigating the following reports:
• Deputies arrested Thomas Martinez, 21, of Santa Fe on Thursday and charged him with battery on a household member. Martinez pushed his girlfriend down a flight of stairs after an argument, then threw her on the hood of her car, the report said. When she attempted to leave, the report said, he placed her head in the car's door frame, then slammed the door on the back of her head.
• A laptop computer, a briefcase, a passport, a digital camera, a gym bag containing medications, an appointment book and a money bag containing an unspecified amount of cash were stolen Wednesday from a car parked on Hyde Park Road.
• A 52-inch flat-screen television, a 26-inch flat-screen television and jewelry were stolen Wednesday from a residence on Aggie Lane.
• Two DVD players and $10 in cash were stolen Wednesday from a residence on San Mateo Way.
• A computer, a printer, a DVD player, a telephone and 29 $2 bills were stolen Wednesday from a residence on Santa Fe County Road 101E.
The New Mexico State Police Department is investigating the following report:
• Officers arrested José Martin Guerra-Mariscal, 31, of Española on Tuesday and charged him with trafficking heroin.
DWI arrests
• Deputies arrested José Santos, 42, of Santa Fe on Thursday and charged him with felony driving while intoxicated, having an open container of alcohol in his car and failure to maintain a traffic lane. Santos' breath alcohol content was .17, more than double the legal driving limit, and he allegedly had an open bottle of beer in his pickup. Santos also has been arrested three previous times for DWI. His 2000 Dodge pickup was seized under the county's DWI seizure law.
• New Mexico State Police officers arrested Frank Yardman, 45, 66 Paseo de Aguila, on Wednesday and charged him with aggravated DWI and speeding. Yardman's breath alcohol level was .16, double the legal driving limit.
