The Santa Fe County Sheriff's Department is investigating the following reports:

• An unknown person forced open a window at a residence in the 3600 block of Agua Fría Street on Friday and rummaged through the home. However, nothing was reported missing.

• Musical instruments, jewelry and a digital camera were stolen Friday from a residence on Camino Peralta.

DWI arrest

• Deputies arrested Otoniel Antillon, 21, of Santa Fe on Saturday and charged him with aggravated fleeing from law enforcement, driving while intoxicated, negligent use of a weapon, reckless driving and no seat belt. According to a report, Antillon drove 65 mph in a 35 mph zone on South Meadows Road, cutting off vehicles, and refused to stop when a deputy tried to pull him over. Antillon attempted to lose the deputy in a residential area, but finally stopped. His breath alcohol content was .13 and he had a gold-colored Locin .380-caliber handgun, according to the report.
