The sun has entered mutable, verbal Gemini, which encourages us to multitask on a good day, but our attention can wander like pollen tossed to the four winds with Mercury both retrograde and square intuitive but confusing Neptune. Gemini is verbal and smart, but this Mercury-Neptune square can overstimulate the imagination. Messages can get misunderstood or lost unless we clarify as we go.

Even though we're spacey and our attention wanders, that doesn't mean we're patient; Venus and Mars, both now in fierce Aries, push us to get on with it when others run late. We tend to lean into whatever we're doing; we nap with gusto, work hard, laugh loud, and blow our cool with fireworks.

If we accidentally set someone's temper off, it may be best to shield ourselves and let them blow up. Hear their complaints, but don't take them personally. Like this year's intense spring storms, these moods will clear as fast as they arise. Explain things in the sunlight after the storm.

Underneath all this, a deep healing may be going in our soul and in the community; we're called to review the past and repair old hurts as Jupiter, intuitive Neptune, and healing Chiron conjunct. Like our country's current debate about torture, we may have to dredge up and process old memories before they can be laid to rest. We may find ourselves eating our words or reversing a position in response to new information or after glimpsing the ramifications of our actions.

We also may get a chance to pass on something we learned the hard way, or to take a lesson from an elder; learning that occurs in strange circumstances will stick with us for a long time to come.

Friday, May 22: Reflect on what works and what doesn't with philosophical distance as the Taurus moon trines Pluto. Notice a lazy, sociable streak with a potential flash of awkwardness later as the sun challenges Venus.

Saturday, May 23:
Today asks us to make our life more solid and sensual as the Taurus moon conjuncts Mercury. Flaws in our plans are made clear by a sun-Pluto challenge, but this can help us see what to do next. Tonight, we can dangerously miscalculate while the moon squares Jupiter and Neptune, but enjoy a dreamy creativity, and keep things low-key.

Sunday May 24: We are talkative if aimless as the moon enters Gemini and conjuncts the sun. Channel a nervous buzz and talk the day away; the flow and vibe of the conversation is more important than its content.

Monday, May 25: The morning is all about connections and memories. Take everything said with a grain of salt; it may express nerves, not reality. We need room to breathe; respiratory systems are easily irritated. Travel doesn't go as planned, but there may be serendipitous meetings. Evening is soft as the moon trines Neptune.

Tuesday, May 26:
Today is a fruitful day to plant and fertilize gardens or make plans as the moon enters Cancer, but play it safe interpersonally; emotions rock while the moon opposes Pluto early on. Later, take any opportunity to let go of old resentment as Mars sextiles Jupiter and Neptune.

Wednesday, May 27: We're raw, open, and so permeable that we may be unusually guarded as Jupiter conjuncts Neptune. Charitable acts call our attention. If we get cranky late in the evening, it's time go to sleep before anyone gets hurt.

Thursday, May 28: Attention-getting devices can be ingenious, but consideration gets more love as the moon enters sybaritic Leo. Stubbornness requires reverse psychology. Creative modes of self-expression can sing.
